I studied Dolores Cannon's powerful technique of Quantum, Healing, Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT) in 2014 and have been learning and developing my skills ever since. More recently I studied with Pamela Aaralyn; How to Connect to Your Higher Self,  Candace Craw-Goldman; Quantum Connect, Marica Peer; Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) and mentorship with the amazing Maeve Kelly, Shamon and Chanel. My studies and practice have taken me on a deep healing journey which has been so beautiful and transformative and ever evolving. It feels like the biggest gift to be able to share this with others in sacred space learning to trust in the subconscious to take us to the deepest levels of healing  and learning.

This technique is a powerful healing hypnosis that allows you to travel safely into your subconscious mind to access any stored trauma from child hood memories. By revisiting these we can see where the negative behaviours/ negative core beliefs  where formed.  We then spend the rest of the session connecting to your most loving aspects of yourself the Sole Self/ Higher Self.
